I've been wearing Filson going on almost 20 years and it has held up beautifully. I will take their gear (Tin Cloth, Shelter Cloth, and wool products) over any of the new man-made materials any day of the week.
Sure...some of the new products may be a little lighter and pack better etc, but will you get 20+ years out of a hunting or outdoor recreation garmant?
And of course, it's made here in the good ol US of A.
