Not to my knowledge,Wrenchman.But he bought the gun last year and fired about 4 boxes of ammo and realy liked the gun.He used it last year moose hunting,and again this year.Then while target shooting last weekend is when it miss fired.A year later and they take it back no question just got me wondering if it may have happened before.
