I have three Hakims and ALL were adjusted to put the ejected cartridge cases in the next county! I turned the gas adjustment "triangle" clockwise a click or two and now have the ejected brass nearby my backyard bench. The Hakim is one fine arm. Hehe yeah if the gas port is totaly open, it'll sling brass into the next county!
MIne is in good mechanical condition, but is nothing special as far as looks or finish goes, thats fine with me, cause i love to shoot her
