Thanks for the reply. I had a Hakim snap the extractor a few years ago because on first firing I later noticed the gas port was WIDE open! I have "tamed" my Hakims by turning the gas valve DOWN (shut) and worked slowly back open with various loads. The FN has a collar that can be opened or closed to give less or more gas pressure to the system.
You obviously know your gas guns. Do you have a Tokarev M40? If so, isn't that gas system a hoot?
