Care for old LP's

My sister and brother-in-law in Garland TX, mailed me a few of my old LP's that have not seen a needle and turntable since 1982.

The records have been stashed between family attics and basements for the last 24 years, and the sleeves are cruddy and molded.

Since I am not concerned about the value of the records (which must have a good sleeve), but how to clean the LP's. I remember the stores all used to sell LP cleaning sets, but that is almost impossiable now.

I was thinking simple alchol wipes, would this be wrong?

The best of the set is: Beatles White Album
Magicla Mystery Tour
Led Zepplin IV
and about four Beach Boys
Janice Joplin
all mixed with the old K-tel "not avilable in stores" LP's with the bulk from 1972 through 1974 (groovy man)
