I shoot Gold Tip XT carbons. Thay are great arrows and are priced pretty good. I get a dozen for $58.00 that was less than I paid for my easton aluminum arrows. You can go to their website for sizing but I would guess you are a 5575 shaft.
I like the Gold Tips because I can get them about anywhere and thay have stood up to some rough abuse.
The one myth about carbons is they are indestructable. Trust me you can ruin them, any brand! I have several friend and we all shoot different arrows. My buddy claimed his were indestructible because he saw a commercial that they shot the arrows into a concrete block and they had no damage. He found out that advertising isnt always true when he hit the metal stand for his bag target.
Although carbons do not get bent which is a big plus but you can shoot the spine out of them. That means if you shoot alot they can wear out. They will not be bent or crack but your groups will suddenly get sporatic. After you make sure everything is ok on your bow try a few new arrows. That happened to me last year I had about six arrows that were over 6 years old and just could not get them to group. Bought another dozen of the same arrow and bam! tightened right up.
Mosy companies build great arrows just get whats available, I would recommend getting the best ones you can afford.
Here is a pic of some I just got done with
