well thats the problem. My old #6's that are more than 10 years old of the same brand and type kill them dead no questions asked. The new boxes have been knocking them out of the trees and the run off. I had also posted this under small game and got some good answers there too.
The reason I use #6 is because my game is about 50/50 cat squirrel/fox squirrel #5s do ok but are harder to find than hobby horse droppin's around here. #4's are just to danged big for cat squirrel.
