If you get a chance and it isn't a problem sometime, grab a box of the PMC 170gr softpoint 8mm mauser ammo and see what your Hakim's think of it.
MIne shoots it pretty good, on the same gas port setting as for the surplus yugo (don't remember offhand what click it is right now)
I agree Gil, last few i've seen were definately not in "showroom" condition, but then again i've seen them look like they've been used as tent stakes, and still perform quite well. hardy beasties they are.
