Multibeard,

Sad thing is that my wife and I make 200K a year here and we could possibly make half a million sometime in the future. With that said, don't think I haven't thought about moving to North Carolina ad nauseum. Seems there is a pharmacist shortage down there and they are willing to offer my wife $300K a year. Granted, I would have almost no legal/accounting practice down there for a long time, but I don't think that would matter. For a little over $600K, we could buy a 5,500 sf house with 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, and a pool, located on 6 acres. Best part about it was that it had a 2,500 sf hangar separate from the house. That hangar would be heaven to me. I could store all my stuff in it without ever worrying about running out of room.

Yeah, this area has gone down hill, but I have lived here my entire life and my brothers and sisters will probably live here there entire life. Not to mention that most of our friends and relatives are still in the area. That is why it is so easy for me to get new clients.
