Good idea Fabs...you will need the sanity breaks as you get older, especially in your line of work. Ten or fifteen years from now when the glamour has worn thin and you are just counting the days until you can retire, your time on the farm will be the light at the end of the tunnel.

I was made the big decision to change things when I was 30. I looked ahead to another 25 years in the city, I had just gotten divorced, and I said no way.....I'm outta here. As I get older I can't seem to be remote enough. I much prefer my dogs and horses to most people and when I am forced to go to town I can't wait to get the hell out of there

Now is a good time for guys in construction, carpentry etc to apply to work up here in Canada. There is a big shortage of skilled tradesmen up here and this is very true in the province I live in..........which also helps back guys for immigrating because they need the new people.
