My guess is that the intrest would be the same as able bodyed people. Why wouldnt there be, disabled people are .people too, ya know . The disability in question might be an issue?
The manpower for developement would take some work, but Im sure it would be worth it.

I was a camp counceler at a week long summer camp with children who have Hemophilia. The camp is located abit east of Port Lydon NY. I know the camp Director(who ones firearms himself), and will ask him if he is interested. Ill try to respond to you as quickly as I can, but I will be buisy at work for awhile, So it might take a some time.
