If the school had been up on its civic duties, this may not have made the papers at all. I've seen flag t-shirts, hats, etc while in high school so this probably isn't the 2nd time this has happened for this school.
At first glance she reminds me of being of American Indian ancestry. The logo for the school doesn't help either.
