I live in western Arkansas. Just about 45 minutes south of Ft. Smith.I just bought 25 acres of land with a 2225 sq.ft. log home on it for $58,000. The house needed work, but mostly work that I can do myself. Except for replacing some logs ( another $9,000). I have deer, turkey and black bear within walking distance. There are bargains out there,you just have to look!
