GoodOlBoy, If your joints hurt from walking, try swimming. It's easier on the joints and you get to use your upper and lower body at the same time. And there are usually girls with bikinis on at the pool. You seen some of those bikinis nowadays?

Seriously, to me, swimming seems the least like work. It feels more relaxing than running, walking etc., but you still get a good workout.
