Fabs, what would you have done if he would have gotten locked up and used his one phone call to wake you up and ask for help ?

Apparantly, I've read the first officers to respond reported he appeared to be under the influence of something, however, an official above them instructed them to take the congressman home.

Another thought, if he was this goofed up, how was he going to vote on any legislation ??
