Val, the rate of influx is the problem here. It isn't like there is only a couple and they are the odd ones out with the corruption, etc. I have a client that is a granite counter top contractor. He is from El Salvador. Guess what, he doesn't have a home improvement license and he doesn't have workman's comp insurance, even though I have advised him to get both. He says that his buddies don't have it, so why does he need it. At least he pays his taxes and all the withholding for the employees. Little by little, I think he will straighten himself out. The difference between a year ago and today is amazing.

What will need to happen is that the second generation will have to grow up and undestand how things are supposed to be in America. In the meantime, I say close the borders down a significant amount. Make is so that some immigration is still possible, but make it so that they can come over legally a little easier.
