The tax records show that the land at my place, 4.998 Acres
Nothing but swamp and blow sand with large trees only around the house is like 3K$ per acre.
Also there isn't enough water right to water all of it. My yard is 3/4 acre and expanding slowley and the water right is for 1/2 acre.
The redeeming factors are the 200 yd shooting range, open elk and deer hunt, coyotes, ducks, geese, pheasants and hungarian quail, a river and diversion dam, all in the back yard.
