Ajustable trigger?
The first thing you need to do is ignore yote!
The second thing you need to do is contact Ruger and ask them. If anyone in this country can tell you anything about a Ruger its Ruger.
I have herd that the Pre MKII M77's had an adjustable trigger but I've never adjusted one.
I've got a MKII and installed a Timney adjustable trigger in it.
I think that the trigger in your rifle should have a very small hole up in the bottom of the trigger. If it does, then there is an adjustment screw inside of the hole. Most likely it is an allen head screw if its there at all.
If that screw is not there I'd stick with calling Ruger for the correct information.
