My read on the pic is that it is all of the above. When someone renders models especially for games they have a free license to mix and match.
The fella that did this job was super successful in appealing to a wide range of addience as can be seen by the number of responses to this thread.
I've never seen a truck exactly like it but it reminds me of every truck I've ever seen prior to the first square chevy pickups. The square ones I think came out in '54 or '55 though not sure.
