Guys at work that ask me for my opinion on how to make a repair to a car and then want to challenge me about my opinion. I have been the shop foreman for 4 ½ years here and over 5 years at the last dealer. I have worked on these cars for 22 years.
I don’t think that I know everything there is to know and I know that I can learn new thing from these people. If I give you my opinion and you did not ask for it then I would expect this. I guess they just need to feel they are smarter than the old guy.
