Thanks Mac, I'll be an hour East of Windhoek, normal plains game, hunting for Kudu, Gamsbok, Zebra, Impala, Warthog, and whatever else I run across, like maybe a Hartebeest.
Been planning a year now, the biggest kink I've got is with the 20kg checked bag limit and 8kg carryon before you start paying $30 a lb for excess baggage. Been doing a lot of weighing lately. Will be doing some bird hunting also, so in addition to my rifle taking a shotgun. In a Tuffpak, w/o scope & bolt, I'm at 21kg and nothing else in the Tuffpak. I'll make it, but may have to pay a few bucks excess baggage. I am ready !!
Just want to experience Africa, hunt the plains game, and take good mature representatives.
Maybe Buff and Leopard will be in the cards in a few years for me, Leopard by tracking sounds interesting!! Waidmannsheil, Dom.
