Mine is the other driver talking on a cell phone while driving, I seen individuals talking on a cell phone, with a 1,000 yard stare, they don't even know they are behind the wheel, if it's an emergency, pull off and talk. Don't talk and drive. Sound familiar, (Don't drink and drive) one is about as bad as the other!
