Altered?

I don't want the Argentine mauser, I'm not gonna make an offer so I'm not trying to screw anybody. They're fairly common here in WY.
#2. Your Mauser is'nt just "altered" it's a full custom work. Pretty too, but NOT in the same class as an altered mill rifle.
#3. Looks like this could become one of those endless discussions so common here and on other gun sights, I'm not interested in the BS of the semantics or with word games. I've had my say, you yours, he his.
I hope he sells his gun, I hope the buyer thinks they got a good deal.
