Here in South Dakota there are no limits or rules. It's open year around with no limits. You just have to dispose of them like you do carp, skunks or crows, by burying them so the stink doesn't bother anyone.
I didn't know you could lure a lawyer with a mere $100. Here that only works for cops and building inspecters. LOL
