Government is getting too big. First, the Supreme Court gives an opinion that enlarges eminent domain such that a state can take your house and sell it to a developer for a private building (i.e., not public works like parks, roads, dams, etc.), and now we have states passing laws that during an emergency situation, they can confiscate our guns and other emergency supplies that we purchased for just such an emergency. Sounds like a bunch of crap to me. If everybody else is unprepared for an emergency, then tough on them. The day I give up my guns or other emergency supplies during such an emergency situation, would be a cold day in hell.
