I agree with majority of the posts, largely that this will certainly have the makings for a much larger issue if it is not dealt with now.

Unlike Nazi Germany, whom targeted classes of people for extermination based upon race, we target the raghead extremists that choose to strap bombs to themselves or vehicles and get as many innocent people killed as possible. We then target the governments that provide safe harbor for these extremists and target them.
Yes, this will lead to more raghead terrorists joining the fight through brainwashing and these folks will be targeted too until there is nobody left to target or governments willing to offer their lands as a glass parking lot following the carpet bombing (very nice touch, BTW)
You need not target Islam as the radicals will affix their own crosshair on themselves through their violent actions and likewise governments by their inactivity to expunge their lands of terrorists dwelling amongst them.
