With the ranch you get this Cottonwood tree. It's the largest in Western South Dakota and arguably all of South Dakota. I measured around the base four feet up from the ground and divided it by PI. Which makes it 8 feet, 1 inch across.

It might sound kind of crazy, but I'm really going to miss that old grandfather tree. It's always been a great place for a picnic for the kids and I. There is a little spring creek that runs by it.
