I hear what your saying Val, I do. But war is hell. Sherman did make Georgia howl, and made our Civil War end sooner than later. Scorched Earth policy he called it. Consider this: what if tomorrow, everyone (Christian, Jewish, Catholic , etc.) in American became a Muslim. Would this matter to those who's only dream is to kill people and justify it in the name of religion? I would love to see a world where no one was killing anyone. I didn't mean to insinuate that we go destroy the world. But my point is, when we've had enough bloodshed, we'll fight fire with fire. And that seems to be the only thing these killers understand. I'm frustrated over our men and women dying in the middle east. We aren't going to change these people that are totally committed to cold blooded murder. We let our soldiers get bombed and picked off everyday and keep their hands tied at the same time. We punish our troops for humiliating prisoners? Last I heard we didn't cut off any of their heads. We court martial our soldiers because one of them shot a wounded combatant? Support them, give them the means to fight or bring them home. They didn't get asked if they wanted to go; they were ordered to go and they went. Please don't take this as argumentative. It's just my venting. Good hunting, grayghost
