What does it really matter? If I am out bowhunting and somebody is out muzzleloader hunting, are we going to be in the same stand? At that point, it is all about luck. Will the deer come within range of my bow or his muzzleloader. Yes, I have heard stories about people out bowhunting who see a nice deer and they "think" the deer is coming there way, only to have it get shot by a muzzleloader or rifle hunter. Well, there are a lot of what ifs in that scenario, and these bow hunters get all bent out of shape over it. There is no guarantee in life.
Now, I only agree with the use of the more advanced weapons if it will not hurt the deer population. Where I live, I could kill deer every day of the week. I had 6 deer about 50 yards from my house yesterday at 4:00. I see deer in my parents' neighborhood in the middle of the day almost every time I drive over there. Any means should be used to reduce this population, but we have too many houses around so bows are about it.
