Can you remind me how much they are selling that farm for. My brother has a bunch of money burning a hole through his pocket, no mortgage, and he is looking to invest it in something. The farm might be a good idea for him.
Sorry to hear about your brother. I was wondering if you were refering to your brother or nephew, and just decided that it was your nephew. You seem to be taking it pretty well, which I guess is good.
