Thanks guys I appreciate your good thoughts, he is running around here now like he never missed a beat, but I am still worried about the pathology report, the vet said that he might have to remove the third lid, the one that protects him from the brush and briars ...but if thats gonna save his life ok with me, but it does leave a little room for thought as to where I am gonna hunt this year, and if the area has been burned or not...I have hunted in some pretty thick stuff in the past and I dont want to put him on the dirt and worry about that thru the entire hunt...I am sure you all know what I mean..Billy, what would Curly and Moe do? thats funny because if someone was filming that, I am sure thats what would come to mind....going out again Sat night and I have quite a few tags to fill, my son will be with me which is great, we have taught him to be the next "gator hunter" and always at some point brute strength is called apon....we know where there is a 12+ footer, I want him and want him bad, so wish us luck.....
