At the end of the day, it all depends on marketing. "Build it and they will come" only works in the movies. You will need to get your initial client base and hope that word of mouth spreads from there, or you will have to continuously advertise the property. personally, I wish I were in your shoes and my girl bought me a piece of property in New Mexico or anywhere else.
