Second, you don't have to auction everything. You can set a fixed price as a "Buy Me Now" item, and also list multiple identical items in the same ad.

You do not need to open an eBay store - but you can later if your business blooms. But do apply for their "Certified Seller" review process. People trust you MUCH more if you are a Certified Seller.
