The sentiment is real, but in the real world this stuff would be called libel and/or slander. I'm sure you wouldn't want people saying untruths about you or your position on something, or putting words in your mouth, if they didn't like you. Just because we don't support democrats doesn't mean we should put up a bunch of lies about them. Just because democrats put up a bunch of lies about republicans doesn't mean we should stoop to their level.

The post about Pelosi and her tax schemes was so off base that I found it hilarious. In fact, after reviewing what she wants to do about taxes, I actually support her position on it. Essentially, I believe she wanted to tax corporations and the super rich at a higher rate, and possibly increase the capital gains rate and the tax rate on dividends. The capital gains rate and dividends rate help those that own tons of stucks/mutual funds. Something tells me that the poor and the lower middle class are not in that category. Heck, the middle class itself might not be in that category either. So, the rich get to earn nice returns on unearned income (i.e., capital gains and dividends), while the working people have to pay tax at 25%. Granted, there is a 10% tax rate, but I think it runs out pretty quickly.
