Is the Winchester's bore ok? If the bore is ok and it is sound..refinish the stock and don't look back. Even refinished it'll be worth more than the Remington. Also has it got the top of the receiver milled for a scope? I have a really nice 67 Winchester and I wouldn't take less than 200 for it. Just my opinion. Get the Win if it's bore is OK
