But to answer your question they are available first come, first served. To answer your other question. The last time I tried to get on a rancher's land and that was for deer, was over a hundred dollers. I'm sure it's different everywhere you go, but gerenal rule of thumb is what ever the market will bare. I refuse to pay trespass fees, when I can go to the Big Horns and hunt for free, but that's me.
