Looks like it was a 9mm...he had "alot" of clips in his vest.
I think the campus was on lockdown...so once he got in..he..or nobody else could git out. There is also mention that he chained the doors shut. Not only that, those classrooms aint your ordinary school classroom, there's alot of kids in each one and they are large.
He was described as Asian.
