Lilred
I won't quote your entire post. But I wanted to say something about the lil Lilred part.
I was sitting around a few years ago after a couple of Rusty Nails and in a reflective mood and the thought crossed my mind about the times we are having and how the future sometimes looks bleak.
I wondered what my Grandparents and Parents thought about their page in history. Like why did we have children to bring through these troubled times? I can understand your apprehension concerning the little cutie pie. I have been through this situation twice when 2 of my kids were in the first sand box excursion. I was not a happy camper. I think back also about how my family gave up practically everything they had to get us away from the tyrants in Germany.
We can only hope and pray our children will always be safe. I am sure my Grandparents and Parents felt the same way about our childrens safety and well being as we do about ours.
I loved my one Grandfathers way of thinking of life. He always said, "everyday is Christmas and every night is a Saturday night."
We can only offer our children so much solace and protection, the rest is in Gods hands.
Bless you and the little one.
Best wishes, Bill
