I don’t pretend to understand our immigration laws. I was born here and never really needed to know them. I heard the shooters Green Card was renewed in 2003. I live in Tennessee and work with a Russian that has a Green Card. He has also lived in Texas and California. While in Texas he bought several hand guns and believe it or not while in California he bought 2 AR15’s, all legally. He can buy as many guns as he wants (i.e. his wife will let him have) here in Tennessee.
