It's been a while, but it sounds like "Fistfull of Dollars", but that didn't costar Lee Marvin. Lee Van Cleef was in "For a Few Dollars More", nad "the Good, The Bad, and The Ugly", the two sequals to "Fistfull", but you probably already knew that.
