Lots of companies produced them, but from what I've been told the best ones came from Inland Manufacturing Co. in Dayton Ohio.
I had a friend? of mine whose father had one of those and I would highly suspect due to his familys "history" that his Dad probably done some sticky fingered activity to get it. He liked to take his work home with him.
