Just because you have the right to do something does not mean you SHOULD. this is the lesson in citizenship that the foaming at the mouth radicals never learn. The difference is well illustrated in the old axiom about three different kinds of people, and what they ask themselves when presented with a choice.
The legalist asks, Can I?
The Libertine asks, Shall I?
And the prudent man asks, SHOULD I?
