I used a 90gr 3-blade fixed broadhead on a light carbon arrow. It worked perty good and it left some hefty blood trails considerin it never went all the way through. I had a TERRIBLE time findin the right combination. A few years back, I was shootin a 100 gr broadhead w/ a 2115 alum arrow. Penetration was awesome....bloodlettin was not. When I switched to the lighter carbon, it seemed to help the blood flow better. I dont know why, you would think it would be the other way around.
I was pullin 50 lbs/26" draw.
