I think the first thing I would do is contact Federal regarding the problem. They may want you to send the box of ammo that you are having trouble with in order to check the powder charge, etc.
I had an M1 garand blow up in my face using Winchester ammo. Winchester had me send them the ammo and the rifle (what was left of it). They said the rifle appeared to have excessive head space and they found nothing wrong with the ammo. What's really great is Winchester reimbursed me for my Garand. I've since learned that Garands are not designed to handle full power loads so now for my 2nd Garand I load my own.
