They talk about the school funding on those African hunts and say that in lots of cases that is the only money they have to work with. I think also that an African hunt isn't all that expensive when putting next to say an Alaskan hunt here. Now the Alaska bear hunt is my dream hunt.
Pa archery deer starts Saturday for buck and doe. Doe has been in for special reg areas. Now to contend with that new disease that is killing the critters off by the numbers. From what I hear it is mostly in the south west corner of Pa. Green county. I also know people that own land there are very tight when giving access to hunt it. Such as the 2 farmers that joined and own over 3,000 acres and buy anything that comes up around them. I know their sister and they don't let anyone hunt it but they live in Arkansas so too many deer/mother nature taking care of that.
