As suggested above, while the 45LC can be chambered in a 410 bore, it is usually not a good idea to pull the trigger after doing so.
There are many guns and barrels out there (I own several) that will fire both, BUT, they are specifically designed to do so. The barrels are proofed for the pressures, and ever more importantly, they often have a choke which must be removed when firing the 45LC.
