The Birdshooter is inexpensive and fairly durable, but as Dom said, you need someone to pull for you. The One Step solves that problem by the user stepping on a pedal to release the target, but the user still has to load every shot. There are some really cool trap machines that do it all for you, but for what you will pay, you might as well just go to a skeet/trap club. (And if you do that, there's no cleanup!)
BTW, I have come to find that claytargetsonline is not very complete or accurate. There are four (4) other skeet/trap clubs in northeast Ohio well withing driving distance from my home that are not shown on claytargetsonline, and of those listed, the contact information is not always up-to-date. It's best just to go to an advertised organized shoot somewhere and talk to people, find out where places are, and go from there. The skeet club I go to most often is public and doesn't advertise anywhere. All of their participants are there from word of mouth.
