I'd be willing to bet GOB has a recipe for me right quick on this one
Going out tree rat hunting this afternoon with my son, as soon as I finish smoking some salmon fillets. Every time I i fire up that smoker, I just want to keep going
So I was thinking, why couldn't I smoke a squirrel or two? (if we get lucky)
Should I soak them in a brine mix first or just do a rub and start smoking?
Hopefully we are successful in the hunt, and when I get back there is a recipe or two.
