Good for you kt, hunters getting along together in the field was more common years ago than it is today. You did the right thing and you did more for that father & son than you may realize today.

I had the honor of being invited to throw my decoys in with the best duck hunter in our area when I was a kid and we both showed up in the same slough, I still remember it well about 25 years later. Now I remember him as a great duck hunter and a classy gentleman.
