That is pure Bullllll. In Micihgan they use Driver Licence numbers to purchase licences. If you don't have a DL you buy a DNR ID card for a buck.
Soem one needs to get the SS numbers requirement. I don't even carry my SS card any more for fear of some one getting ahold of the ##S
As far as Wally World goes I plain do not shop there.
